The problem:

Users want to find a pet, so they need to visit many pet shelter websites. They spend a lot of time finding pets and making appointments.

The goal:

This platform helps people see all pets in all pet shelters and make an appointment with them. And it will help make the dream of pets come true.

User Persona

I conducted interviews and created empathy maps to understand the users I’m designing for and their needs. A primary user group identified through research was working adults who wanted to have a pet.

Wireframes

After I came up with and sketched a few wireframes, I created an initial design for the NewLife app. These projects are focused on an easy way to see all pets in all animal shelters and make an appointment with them.

My goal here was to make strategic information architecture decisions that would improve overall website navigation. The structure I chose was designed to make things simple and easy.
